DAC Intl., conducts its own research on contemporary topics of interest and publishes it for the benefit of a larger audience who are active in the field.

One subject that is of great interest today is the reforms needed in India's defence policies to accelerate the procurement process and strengthen indigenous capability for defence equipment design and manufacture.

In a multi-part study, DAC Intl analyses the issue in depth and proposes measures towards achieving the above objective.
